Starting out in ad tech and media, she set up her first business after the birth of her daughter – a sustainable baby and toddler clothing line. Kelly’s love of fashion, sustainability and tech made her an early adopter of rental fashion platforms and now she is one of the most successful lenders in the UK market.

The enhanced Pro Earnings Spreadsheet will allow you to track your earnings and analyse performance while learnings from our combined years of lending experience. Building on the ‘Converted’ spreadsheet, this all-singing, all-dancing document includes automated performance charts for detailed, easy ROI tracking.

We’ve assumed an average net profit of £50 per rental to suggest how many rentals it will take to cover the investment cost in the tool that suits you. It will vary from lender to lender based on wardrobe and availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

The Lender Collective is an independent business set up by some of HURR’s top lenders. We are working in collaboration with HURR to bring to you the knowledge that we have acquired over several years of lending 1000s of items. Any FAQs or customer service queries relating to your HURR rentals should continue to go through the HURR Customer Services team.

We have made the toolkits and spreadsheets available to purchase separately so that you have the flexibility to choose what’s most suitable for your needs and your budget. However to truly get the most out of them, we recommend buying them together- i.e. Converted toolkit and Converted spreadsheet, or Pro toolkit and Pro spreadsheet.

The Converted toolkits have been designed for those who are newer to lending and are just starting out, and the Pro toolkits have been designed with those who are already familiar to lending in mind. Having said this, the Pro toolkit contains all the same info as the ‘Converted’ and then expands on them further, so would still be relevant for those just starting out but wanting to gain a full view of what to expect as and when their lending journey grows.

Both spreadsheets allow you to monitor your expenses, total wardrobe value, net profit and return on investment, as well as including a planner to keep on top of sending and managing rentals too. In addition, the ‘Pro’ also allows you to breakdown rentals by month and tax year, as well as giving deeper analytics and automated charts on top performing items.
